Simone is an Architect, Urban Planner, and Regulatory Advisor with a deep commitment to shaping a more sustainable and accountable built environment.
Before becoming a Partner at AP Valletta, she served as Design Director for Planning and Valuations at AP, where she led complex projects at the intersection of architecture, policy, and environmental performance. Simone holds a BE&A (Hons) from the University of Malta and is a certified Energy Performance of Buildings Assessor. Her influence extends beyond practice into policy—she has represented the Chamber of Architects & Civil Engineers (Kamra tal-Periti) on key regulatory bodies, including the Building Regulation Board, the Planning Authority’s Users’ Committee, and the Building Industry Consultative Committee’s Advisory Board. Simone brings a strategic and principled voice to the future of urban development in Malta and beyond.
