Federico Vasoli is an international lawyer and managing partner at dMTV Global, a cross-border legal and tax advisory firm headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Malta and Vietnam.
Admitted to the Milan Bar, Federico has over 15 years of experience in international business law, advising clients on contracts, company law, foreign investment, asset protection, trusts, and tax across diverse sectors including blockchain, fintech, fashion, and digital health. His firm has supported over 200 blockchain projects globally.

He also serves as Deputy Chairman of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam and holds board roles in both commercial and non-profit organizations. A published author and regular speaker, Federico lectures at institutions such as MIP Politecnico di Milano and NEU Hanoi.

With experience across Europe and Asia, Federico brings a cross-cultural, multi-jurisdictional approach to legal strategy, backed by an education spanning Bocconi University, ESADE, and the University of Edinburgh.
