Fabrizio is a legal advisor with a strong international background, providing guidance on company law, corporate and commercial matters, private client work, trusts and foundations, as well as compliance and anti-money laundering (AML). He supports clients across a range of sectors, helping them navigate legal complexities and regulatory frameworks in both Italy and Malta.

Since 2013, Fabrizio has been practicing as a European Registered Lawyer in Malta, while also being qualified as an avvocato in Italy. His work has earned recognition in The Legal 500 EMEA 2022, where he was featured for his expertise in the Private Client practice area, with WH Partners ranked as a Tier 1 firm in Malta.

Over the course of his career, Fabrizio has held key roles in both private practice and in-house legal teams, including at international organizations such as Vodafone and DHL International. This diverse experience gives him a practical and strategic perspective when advising clients on legal and regulatory matters.

Fabrizio earned his law degree from the University of Siena, where he completed a thesis on Money Laundering. He qualified as an Attorney at Law in 1997 and later completed a Diploma in Corporate & Business Law at Alma Laboris Business School in Rome to deepen his corporate law expertise.

He is a member of the Italian Advocates Bar (Livorno Chapter) and Malta’s Chamber of Advocates. He is also a member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a professional member of the International Compliance Association (ICA), further reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional standards.
