A Notary Public since 2003, Clinton Bellizzi holds a Doctorate in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Malta. Actively engaged in the field of notarial law and legal services, he specializes in document authentication, real estate transactions, estate planning, and business financing. A former lecturer at the University of Malta, he has supervised theses and taught subjects related to notarial law and real estate.

 

Clinton Bellizzi has also played a key role within the Council of Notaries of the European Union (CNUE) and leads initiatives to modernize notarial services through digital technologies, including data security and digital governance. His recent projects include academic and professional collaborations on digital regulation, with a focus on DLT and AI solutions.
