Michelle Fenech Seguna is a communication and leadership coach and trainer who transitioned from over two decades in HR leadership to founding Speak to Move, her own professional training firm focused on performance, public speaking, and executive presence.

Her corporate career included 20 years at The Westin Dragonara Resort—most recently as HR Director—where she led recruitment, training, culture development, and strategic initiatives supporting hundreds of employees. She also served four years as Vice President of the Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD), helping shape the future of HR in Malta.

At Speak to Move, Michelle offers corporate coaching and training in confident communication, leadership presence, and public speaking—methods frequently recognized at HR conferences and featured in podcast interviews.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Sociology and an MA in Human Resources & Training. Her coaching philosophy centers on empowering professionals to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
